Pimp my Sashimis
Les sashimis pimpés c'est un truc que je fais hyper souvent le soir parce que c'est rapide, relativement sain, et puis surtout ça cale bien. Mais je pensais pas en faire une recette pour autant vu qu'il y a un peu rien à faire.
Mais vous m'avez tous vexée l'autre soir à liker massivement ma photo sur instagram alors que d'habitude, disons le, vous en avez rien à battre.
Anyway, bande de feignasse, voilà comment pimper vos sashimis.
Pour 2 personnes:
- 300g de pavé de saumon*
- 1/2 oignon rouge
- 2 avocats
- 2 cuillères à café d'huile de sésame
- 4 cuillères à café de sauce soja
- des graines de sésame
* alors explication : c'est pas la peine d'aller acheter un plateau de sashimis à 15 balles chez sushishop. Tu peux aller chez ton poissonnier (ou même au rayon poisson du supermarché) et tu prends du pavé ou du filet de saumon. Si tu vas chez le poissonnier et que tu lui demandes avec les yeux de l'innocence, il t'enlèvera même la peau qui pue du saumon. Et c'est pas si cher, pour 300g de saumon, t'en auras environ pour 10€.
Voilà donc la non recette:
Tu prends ton filet de saumon et tu le découpe en morceaux.
Tu fais pareil avec les avocats.
L'oignon rouge, mieux vaut l'émincer, quand même.
Tu prends le saumon découpé, tu le fous dans un bol avec l'huile de sésame et la sauce soja et tu laisses mariner 3 minutes.
Reste plus qu'à tout mélanger et à parsemer du sésame dessus. Voilà voilà.
