Comfort food level 100: Mi-cuit au chocolat, cœur de crème de marron
Franchement qu'est ce que vous voulez que je vous dise. C'est hyper rapide à faire, il faut peu d'ingrédients, peu de matériel et c'est bon, même quand, comme moi, on est pas super fan de la crème de marron. Donc voilà, du gras tout benef.
Pour 6 petits mi-cuits (attenzione, j'ai des petits petits moules, genre si tu fais ça dans des moules à muffin, ça n'en fera que 4):
- 50g de farine
- 60g de sucre glace
- 100g de beurre
- 100g de chocolat noir
- 100g de crème de marron (tu noteras un certain équilibre dans le gras)
- 2 oeufs
On commence par faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre à la casserole (ou au bain marie si t'as envie de t'emmerder).
Dans un saladier, on fouette les deux oeufs avec le sucre, puis on ajoute la farine.
Là, en toute logique, t'auras compris qu'il faut verser le chocolat fondu dans le saladier et déjà t'as ta pâte.
Ensuite, tu beurres et tu farines tes moules, et t'y verses la pâte. Armé d'une petite cuillère, tu déposes environ n'importe comment (t'as vu moi j'en mets partout) une grosse cuillère à café de crème de marron au milieu.
